Just a bit

What brings a smile to your face? Makes you chuckle to yourself? Takes you to another world without leaving your nest? To me, reading has done that for me. As a child, English was my second language (now it's my first and only language) and my third-grade teacher enrolled me in a reading group during one recess where we read aloud. That time right there, is what got me hooked into the world of books.

I've delved more deeply into it when I joined a book club a couple of years ago and eventually becoming the book club's host. All of this has provided me with the opportunity to review books I have recently read and access to pre-published novels that deserve the exposure.
